“Haxhi Zeka” University in Peja, Kosovo, held a workshop at Gjakova municipality on 4 November as part of preparing a feasibility study for the municipality.
The university team, led by Professor Behrije Ramaj-Desku, director of the Institute for Science and Arts, discussed topics such as infrastructure, economic and territorial development, education, culture, public finances, employment and investment with municipal directors.
The aim was to identify each sector’s needs and challenges, assess development potential and set priorities for the coming years, in a collaboration between the university and local institutions.
