Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) has congratulated office assistant Muhammad Zaiddin bin Abdul Qayyum Sirul on receiving the Outstanding Public Service Employee Award 2026.
This national award honours public officers who show outstanding service, professionalism, integrity, initiative and dedication beyond their official duties. It was presented during the 33rd Public Service Day celebrations, themed around transformative leadership.
The university said the achievement highlights the important role of support staff in running the institution and reflects its commitment to excellence and professionalism among all staff.
