Fiji National University’s (FNU) National Training and Productivity Centre is urging organisations across Fiji to adopt the internationally recognised Business Excellence Framework to strengthen operations, lift productivity and support sustainable growth.

The call comes ahead of the 27th Fiji Business Excellence Awards on 14 November in Nadi. The framework covers leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, workforce, operations and results, and this year saw growing participation from civil service organisations.

As the awards approach their 30th anniversary, the centre also wants to reach small businesses, cottage industries and emerging enterprises.
