Olympic Broadcasting Services’ Framing the Future programme aims to open the door to more women in sports broadcasting. It combines camera training with real assignments at the Games.

The first edition, ahead of Paris 2024, trained more than 70 women, and 40% of them went on to work as camera operators in the Games’ mixed zones. A second edition, ahead of Milano Cortina 2026, trained 20 more. In total, more than 90 women have taken part.

Several participants, including Jade Lévin, Coline Soulier and Elisabeth Jolly, will now work at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, covering sports such as badminton, archery, rugby, table tennis and fencing.
